Both ends of the thermometer, logged by temperature and time.
How it works
A sauna at ninety and the plunge after it at ten share a list on the same evening, half an hour apart.
Forty nine degrees across five logged days, best at fifty one. Averaging a sauna and an ice bath gives you a strange number, and an honest one.
Each entry keeps its time, which is the only thing that puts a sauna and the plunge that followed it in the right order.
