How it works

  1. Columns you named

    To do, in progress and done is the default. Rename them, add one, take out the column you never used.

  2. Steps, not tickets

    A step is a line of text you drag from one column to the next. Nobody is assigned, nothing is estimated in points, and no one expects a status update on Friday.

  3. Done stays on the board

    Finished steps keep their own column with a line through them, which is all the progress bar a project like this needs.
