Five countdowns on tinted cards: the dentist in three days, a birthday in twelve, the quarter ending in forty five, a trip to Lisbon in forty six and a marathon in a hundred and eighteen, each with a progress bar and a percentage.
The dentist is three days out and eighty two percent of the way there.

How it works

  1. Distance covered, distance left

Forty five days until the quarter ends sounds like ages. Sixty seven percent through it does not. The bar is what makes the date feel real.

  2. A line of context each

Lisbon says flights booked, hotel to sort. The marathon says the training block starts in two weeks. Enough to remember what the date means when it surfaces.

  3. A colour apiece

Each countdown takes its own tint, so you pick the one you were looking for out of five without reading any of them.

Keep Countdowns. Ignore the other twenty five.
