How it works

  1. A week you can see coming

    Seven days sit across the top, each with a bar showing how full it is. You can spot a heavy Thursday on Monday, while there is still time to move something.

  2. Estimates that add up

    Every task carries the time you think it needs, and the card at the top totals them. Today reads two hours five minutes across three tasks before you start calling it a light day.

  3. Priority as a mark

    A red exclamation for urgent, an amber bar for the middle of the road. You read it at a glance and there is no number to argue with.

  4. An inbox for the unplaced

    Anything you captured without giving it a day waits in the inbox, and the count sits on the button so you know how much is in there.
