Marked early under five days
The Mood Tracking screen with five faces from rough to great and Low selected, a grid of tags for what is going on with work and late night picked out, and a card called what goes with better days ranking reading, friends, outdoors, exercise and good sleep by how much each lifts the average.
Reading days average 4,9 against 3,1 without. Eight days of evidence.

How it works

  1. Tag the day, not the feeling

Work, late night, reading, friends, poor sleep. Pick what happened and it saves onto today. The faces handle how it went.

  2. What goes with better days

Reading days come out at 4,9 against 3,1 without, over eight days. Friends is worth 1,7. Nobody had to tell it that reading is good for you.

  3. It admits when it is guessing

Exercise is marked early, because four days will not carry a line through them. A finding with almost nothing behind it says so instead of arriving as advice.

Keep Mood Tracking. Ignore the other twenty five.
